When clients bring their sick “fur family member” to the veterinarian for treatment, they can be somewhat apprehensive when asked to leave them in our care for the day. Not out of fear that they won’t be taken care of, but out of fear of the unknown.

At Tavares Animal Hospital, we have the best trained technicians who are dedicated to caring for every animal as if they were their own.

Once the doctor gives the treatment plan to the patient’s dedicated treatment technician, this technician carries out all of the doctor’s orders to ensure your precious family member receives the care they need to get better for his or her specific needs. Your pet will be assigned their very own dedicated treatment technician that will be with your pet during the entire treatment, administering medications, iv fluids, etc., but most of all they administer compassionate loving care to this scared little patient who has no idea what is going on. Our technicians have a wonderful way of letting our little “fur patients” know that they are not alone.
